Woods wins Tetrathlon at provincials
Chris Woods can call himself the best athlete in Saskatchewan high school track and field.
The veteran from St. Mary won the Tetrathlon at the Provincial High School Track and Field championships in Regina.
His total of 2,465 points was the best among all Sr. Boys in the four event competition, which included the 100 m sprint, 800 m run, long jump and shot put. Competitors earned points for each event based on their performances.
Woods was among six gold medalists from Prince Albert and area.
