Prince Albert wildland training a go for northern residents
UPDATE: 700 people put their names forward total with the call for people to take firefighter training by Lac La Ronge Chief Tammy Cook-Searson, supported by the province. Currently there are 250 spots made available.

Early on Thursday, dozens of men – and several women – from all walks of life stepped up in Prince Albert to receive Type III Wildland Fire training and offer their services. Overall, 60 people were set to receive training back-to-back in the city.
