Jun 24, 2015 | 8:28 AM

Parkland Ambulance paramedics rescued an injured teen out horseback riding on Tuesday.

The paramedics were taken to where the 14-year-old girl was located by horseback, just after noon. They didn’t, however, have any means of taking her back to the road where an ambulance vehicle was waiting.

The paramedics used a specially designed mobile response vehicle, they rescued the girl.

The mobile response vehicle is designed to reach people in isolated locations.
