Klughart shoots 71 in day one of May Day Masters

Danny Klughart had the highest score in the May Day Masters opening round Saturday at the Cooke Municipal Golf Course.

Klughart, originally from Prince Albert, shot a 71 to lead the field but there are plenty nipping at his heels.

Zach Hurd, Shaun Strelau, Ashley Ziegeman and Colin Coben are all one back of Klughart after shooting opening day 72’s.
