Target closes in Saskatchewan

Apr 1, 2015 | 12:05 PM

The first Target store in Saskatchewan is closing its doors Wednesday.

Empty shelves are slowly being taken down as hangers lay across the floor at the Lawson Heights Mall location in Saskatoon. Everything is on sale including the clothing racks.

The Circle Centre Mall location in Saskatoon and Northgate Mall location in Regina will close Thursday.

Target Canada is in the process of closing all of its 133 locations across the country. More than half of the stores in Canada have closed already.
