Saskatchewan offering different kind of help for Japan

Aid is rushing in to Japan from across the world and that is no different here in Saskatchewan.

The province is providing $250,000 in aid to the earthquake and tsunami-ravaged country, and Saskatchewan is also offering a different kind of help.

Minister Rob Norris says there are many experts in Saskatchewan that could be of help in Japan. Water toxicologists, food safety, public safety and those who have been at the heart of natural disasters helping out.

Saskatchewan has offered this help to Japan, but so far Norris says “the message we have received back is not at this time.”…
