Boil water advisory issued for south of P.A.

Dec 10, 2014 | 4:58 PM

A precautionary drinking advisory has been issued for users of Prince Albert Rural Water Utility Distribution System.

The advisory applies only to an area from the junction of Highways 11 and 2, to five miles west of MacDowall.

The advisory was issued due to valve maintenance being conducted and system depressurization. Safety of the drinking water supply cannot be ensured at this time.

Water used for drinking should be boiled first, as well as water used for washing dishes.
