Telemiracle raised more than $4.5 million

After 20 hours, Telemiracle is over.

This year, when the telethon came to a close, the total raised was $4,635,768.

It annual event ran from 9 p.m. on Saturday until 5 p.m. today with a handful of local, Prince Albert talent appearing on stage.

One of many highlights was the second last hour, where Potash Corp. matched every donation made in the timeframe.

All the money raised by Telemiracle stays in the province.
