Local chiropractor to receive provincial volunteer medal

Dr. David Buettner is well respected for his chiropractic work, but he will soon add one more achievement to his wall.

He is among nine people chosen to receive a Saskatchewan Volunteer Medal.

In addition to his chiropractic work, Buettner is also a founding member of the Prince Albert German Club Waldhorn. He has helped develop the German language school, the choir and the social club.

Buettner dedicates his time to various youth sports around the city.

He is a member of the Saskatchewan Northern Trappers Association, and vice-president of the Prince Albert Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse.

Lieutenant Governor Solomon Schofield will present the medals in Regina this spring.
