Oct 29, 2013 | 2:39 PM

It started as a missing persons case and has now turned into a charge of second-degree murder.

In May of this year Arnoldo Rey Sr. was reported missing to the Blaine Lake RCMP after not being seen for several months.

Members of the RCMP Major Crime Unit North have searched his property in the Town of Krydor, which is about halfway between Prince Albert and North Battleford.

Their investigation led to the discovery of human remains on the property.
