A new way to win

The Prince Albert Raiders introduced a new way of running their 50/50 draw at last night's game.

Bruce Vance, Raiders marketing director, said it is the system that will be used across the WHL.

It is completely wireless and spectators can watch the prize amount go up on the big screen.

Vance said it is the same system used at the World Juniors in Saskatoon last year.

With it's debut, it was the highest total the 50/50 has reached all year at a Raider game. It hit almost $2,700.
