Regina's mayor has once again laid down his chips against Montreal's mayor in a Grey Cup bet.
Just like last year, the loser will have to don the others team's shirt during a council meeting.
Of course, the infamous shot of Pat Fiacco in a blue, white and red jersey have haunted Rider fans since last year's heartbreaking loss.
It surely is Gerald Tremblay's turn this year.
