FitStar – Week 6

What a great week for the Fitstars!!!! We came to P.A, what a beautiful night! Dana Lynn, or should I say “Sergeant Dana”, yes sir, er' Yes Mam!! She kicked your butts Military style! While “Corporal Ang, got down to the nitty grittty with the FitStar Food Boot Camp!
What and informational night in the kitchen! I hope we dispelled some of the mystery as to what to eat and what NOT to eat in Week 6!

Trainer Tip: Eat clean, when in doubt, stop think and wait!

Make sure you are pairing lean proteins ( 1% cottage cheeze, low fat milk, or lean cuts of meats, chicken or turkey) with veggies and complex carbs ( nothing white, complex includes whole grains and browns)!

Eat often but not alot! Watch portion sizes and Journal. If in doubt count calories for 2 weeks and that will give you a look see as to where your at, are you eating enough? or WAY too much!

If it had a Mom or is from God or the ground? its a pretty safe bet that it is good for you.
Another FitStar Trainer tip is: When grocery shopping, shop the outside isles.

The parameter of the store has more healthy foods, the processed food is in the middle of the store (don't buy it!).

These isles include ingredients you can't say, an ingredient list 4 lines long on most shelf food and stuff listed on the label that you've never heard of.

WE have some big numbers off our scale this week! I know the burning question is?? Who will be our Biggest Loser?

Nicole has shed off a total of 10.6 pounds, Way to go Nicole, with 6.74% That's terrific!!

Hilary's clothes are looser with her 8.4 pounds lost! With 4.82% That's awesome, Hilary!!

Corrinne is smiling sweetly with her 9.2 pounds gone forever, and 4.81%, super job!!

Tami is happy to see 13.4 pounds gone for good, with 4.28%! Awesome Tami!!

Great job ladies! Those are your biggest competition! Who will win and be crowned our First ever Fitstar weight loss champ? You still have time to mix up the competition! You all can do it! Make a difference in your health and vitality!!

Thank you to all our FitStar Challengers in Prince Albert, as a total from week 1 till now we have lost a total of (drum roll Dana……..) OF 82.4 pounds!! That's awesome!

But we are throwing out the challenge from this moment on to do your absolute best, cleanest eating and exercising with intention.

We begin week 7 with a wardrobe make over from Jockey cloths, Look Good Feel Great! Thats the FitStar Challenge!
