Alison Bohmann, Pat the Explorer Squirrel, Mara Selanders and Donna Hordyski are celebrating tourism in Prince Albert.
At the Prince Albert Tourism building at 3700 Second Ave. W., local singer and musician Allison Bohmann performed, Pat was on hand and cupcakes and popcorn were served, as P.A. Tourism promotes what Prince Albert has to offer.
Donna Hordyski, Tourism Office Coordinator, said Prince Albert attracts many people to the area, especially during the summer, as people want to travel to many of the lakes nearby.
It is Tourism Awareness Week in Saskatchewan and communities throughout the province will celebrate the week with barbecues, community tours, contests and promotions. The week runs until Saturday.
