Public alerted to high-risk sexual offender in Saskatoon

The Saskatoon Police Service is alerting the public about a high-risk sexual offender who has been released and is living in the city.

Police say Bradley Joseph Cournoyer, 38, has a history of committing sexual offences against children between the ages of infancy and 12 years.

He has been known to establish relationships with the parents of young children to gain access to his victims.

Cournoyer is six foot three with brown hair and eyes. He wears wire rimmed glasses, has a buzz cut and wears a goatee. He has a scar on his forehead, a skull tattoo on his chest, a leopard tattoo on his right forearm and a skull and fangs tattoo on his left shoulder.

Cournoyer is required to submit to long-term supervision, reside at an approved residence, avoid contact with children under the age of 18, not own, possess or be in a location where sexually explicit materials are found.

He must report all relationships and acquaintances to parole officers, avoid places where children under the age of 18 are likely to be found, such as a park or mall.

He must avoid contact with past victims.
