Two unregistered sex offenders still at large

Saskatchewan RCMP say a second unregistered sex offender has been arrested while police track down the two remaining men.

Raymond Daniel Ratt was arrested by police Friday and 43-year-old William Lane Michael was located and arrested Thursday.

Still at large are Cecil Sheepskin, 46 and Ashley Ballantyne, 38.

RCMP said Ballantyne is from the Sturgeon Lake First Nation and they believe he is still living in Saskatchewan in the Prince Albert or Red Earth First Nation area.

RCMP insist the men are not a danger to the public, but are required to register with the sex offender registry each year and have not.
