SHARE holds fundraiser for roof repair

The Self Help and Recreation Education (SHARE) organization in Prince Albert will be holding a garage sale fundraiser this week.

The organization offers residential pre-vocational programs for persons suffering from severe and persistent mental health and dual-diagnosis of mental health and substance abuse problems.

“We are looking for people to come out … it’s just another big push for our big roof repairs,” said Robin Knudson, SHARE’s executive director.

He said they are hoping to start repairing the roof of the building in the middle of October.

The garage sale will be held this Thursday and Friday from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at 1750 Sixth Avenue West.
