Police search for suspect in pharmacy robbery

Saskatoon police are searching for a man who made off with pharmaceuticals following a robbery Friday morning.

Police were called to the pharmacy in the 1500 block of 8th Street East around 11:25 a.m. after a man walked into the store and demanded pharmaceuticals before fleeing on foot.

No weapon was shown during the robbery.

The male is described as six feet tall, wearing a hard hat and jeans and carrying a black duffel bag.
