Hounds pick up provincial title, sweep Mintos

The Prince Albert Mintos got to the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League finals, but fell in three games to the Notre Dame Hounds.

The Hounds won 3-2 Wednesday in Wilcox to complete the sweep over the Mintos. It’s the team’s 11th provincial title.

Turner Rea and Luke Nkwama both scored for the Mintos.
