Charges laid in Regina alleged kidnapping and robbery

Early Friday morning, a man arrived outside the police station in Regina to say that he had been kidnapped, attacked, and robbed.
The man said he had been taken to a house where he was tied up, beaten, and robbed. He said once the thieves had his things they let him go, and he went to the police station.
Milo Levi Boyd Bear, 29, of Regina was arrested in the case. He was charged with armed robbery, and forcible confinement. He made his first court appearance on Friday.
Charles Leslie Alexander Doiron, 32, of Port Alberni, B.C. was also arrested. He is charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000. Doiron was released on officer recognizance and will be in court again in March.
