Jan 6, 2015 | 3:41 PM

The man accused of beating a man unconscious on Dec. 23, 2014 is out of custody.

Dustin Durocher, 27, was arrested and charged after a 26-year-old man received life-threatening injuries.

However, he was not in handcuffs at his Tuesday Prince Albert Provincial Court appearance because he’d been released on bail at his first court appearance on Dec. 24, 2014.

The early morning aggravated assault happened in the city’s East Hill, with the victim taken to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon with life-threatening injuries the same day.
