We have invited Father Leo Patalinghug, a renowned speaker and chef to come to our Diocese for a 2-day presentation.
On September 9, 2009 Father Leo was challenged to a “Throw down with Chef Bobby Flay” from the Food Network. Father Leo won the competition for his steak fajita.
Founder of the web series, “Grace Before Meals,” Father Leo’s purpose is to bring people together to celebrate God’s many blessings, and to increase family meals together, one meal at a time; feeding body, mind and soul.
Born in the USA and of Filipino descent, he is not only a priest of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, he is also a Martial Arts Instructor, a Breakdancer and is Chairman of Pastoral Theology at the Seminary at Mount St. Mary’s University.
