Welcome to The Spin S2DIO… Prince Albert’s first spin studio “where the stress ends and the sweat begins.”

Dez’s story is remarkable. Upon her return to the city, she took what she describes as a leap of faith and purchased 18 spin bikes to start The S2DIO. She felt she was ready for the challenge. Plus, she felt P-A was ready for something new and exciting. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Dez discovered even before she got back to Prince Albert that she LOVED teaching spin classes – getting motivated, enthusiastic people even more hyped up to do and be their best.

Why spin? Through these classes, Dez hopes to take you on a similar journey she experienced when she first started spinning. You might find this hard to believe after you meet the ball of kinetic energy that is Dez – but she says when she was in high school, she had no positive self image. Spinning helped her gain her confidence back and learn to love herself all over again.

Now, The S2DIO empowers her everyday to life her best life – and part of living that best life means being able to empower others to do the same.

The S2DIO’s Method is hardcore fun:
• The warm-ups to get your blood pumping.
• The climbs are heavy and hard.
• The sprints are fast faced tracks guaranteed to jack up your heart rate.
• You are going to play with the resistance during the speed climbs.
• The power is your chance to push your limits.
• The cool down is your chance to smile and be proud of yourself. You did it!

Dez is proud of what she calls the ‘ruckus’ that S2DIO Crew makes wherever they go in Prince Albert. When there is a chance to get involved and help this community grow, you know that The S2DIO will be there. And as The Spin S2DIO expands, so does their involvement and partnerships in the community.
