You may have noticed (or not) that I have been absent from my weekly notes to you. I’ve been practising self-compassion, as I have been recommending for everyone else. Giving myself permission not to do some things and to do others, it’s been nice (albeit balancing the guilt of the ‘should monster’).
There’s a serious opportunity for emotional overload these days, perhaps more than ever before; sadness, disbelief, concern, frustration, anxiety, fear, worry… So, this week (I can’t wait ’til Sunday) I share with you one of my favourite talks from a wonderful friend, personally I need to hear her message often.
