UPDATED: Missing five-year-old boy found deceased

UPDATE: On Saturday afternoon, five-year-old Dawson Romeo was found deceased in the same area where he was last seen on July 29.

Hudson Bay RCMP said that the boy’s death is not suspicious and that the family has been notified.

Five-year-old Dawson Romeo was last seen on the evening of July 29th walking past a residence southwest of Hudson Bay. Police say that the nearest intersection that the boy was last seen by was Township Road 450 and Range Road 2041.

Dawson is described as 3’ 5” tall with a slim build and blonde hair. He was not wearing clothes when he was last seen.

Hudson Bay RCMP are asking residents in the area to check their properties for signs of Dawson and that anyone with information should contact Hudson Bay RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
