Matthew Good remains in hospital recovering from pneumonia, pulls out of BC show
EDMONTON — Rocker Matthew Good has pulled out of a concert in Prince George, B.C., as he continues to recover in an Edmonton hospital after collapsing onstage Tuesday night.
Good, who was being treated for pneumonia, originally said he would be ready to return to the stage on Thursday, a day after he and co-headliners Our Lady Peace were scheduled to play Prince George.
But a message to fans posted Wednesday night says he has been advised by doctors to skip the show, which will go on without him.
He “remains hopeful” he can rejoin the tour in Kelowna, B.C., on Friday and Abbotsford, B.C., on Saturday.
