Yoga – it’s all the rage. Hot Yoga, Couples Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Acro-Yoga – all great in so many ways, but have you ever heard of Eye Yoga?
Practicing eye yoga; a series of eye exercises, may help you to overcome various eye-related problems by strengthening those muscles.
Start by splashing eyes with cold water a few times and make sure to keep your head and spine erect when doing the exercises.
