• A menu to be submitted to the MEND Northern Regional Program Manager by (Date), with flexibility to change as planned with MEND families;
• Providing a copy of the recipe for the families each session;
• Shopping for the food needed for each MEND session;
• Preparing the food;
• Organizing duties for MEND families as they come at 6:00 pm to help with food preparation (Meal is ready for 7:00 pm)
• Clean up kitchen after meal (as families will be beginning MEND program), leaving the kitchen at the school as you found it.
