Churches targeted in string of break-ins, police say
A church in the East Hill area is the latest victim in a rash of break and enters.
The Prince Albert Police Service (PAPS) said its officers responded to a complaint at the church just before 11 a.m. on Saturday.
Police said sometime overnight, the suspect or suspects forced an exterior door open and searched the entire building. However, at this time nothing appears to be missing.
According to the PAPS, over the past two weeks there have been five reported break and enters at churches. The majority of the incidents were in the East Hill area, with the exception of one that took place in the West Hill area.
