My Healthy Community Grant

Don’t miss your chance to apply for a Heart&Stroke My Healthy Community grant! The Heart and Stroke Foundation is only accepting applications for this round of funding until February 10, 2015. Grants of up to $4,000 are available to Saskatchewan groups and organizations to develop projects that will make a healthy difference, with a particular focus on children, youth and families.

Any group or organization in Saskatchewan working to make healthy, lasting changes in their community could be considered for funding. Applications opened January 8 and will close at 12 p.m. on February 10, 2015.
