Historical Society Mystery Photos

The PA Historical Society has a couple of photos they are needing help with.

The first from our archives  may have been taken from a Citizenship Court here in Prince Albert during the 1960’s or 1970’s. Does anyone out there recognize anyone (or themselves)?

There is a second Mystery Photo for folks to look over! We have no information on this one, apart from the portrait of King George VI in the background and a framed certificate for the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes. Anything or anyone look familiar?
