Battlefords RCMP looking for missing 26-year-old woman

North Battleford RCMP are looking for information about a missing woman.

On Jan. 5 RCMP received a complaint of a missing woman, 26-year-old Destiny Merasty. Merasty reportedly left the Battleford Union Hospital at around 7 p.m. on Jan. 5 and did not return.

Merasty is described as being five feet and four inches tall and 130 pounds. She has shoulder-length dark brown hair and is of First Nation descent. She has a rose tattoo on her right ear and an eyebrow piercing.

RCMP said she left the hospital wearing a dark winter coat, black sorrel winter boots with white fur, a grey hat with buttons on it, a white fleece blanket and a black suitcase on wheels.
