Woman and child found dead in Ahtahkakoop house fire

Two people, including a 10-year-old child, have been found dead after a house fire on the Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation.
The remains of Donna Kay, 61, and Teegan Ahenakew, 10, were found by investigators at the site.
RCMP in Shellbrook were called Monday morning after reports that four people were inside the burning home. Two people were able to make it out and were treated for smoke inhalation.
Investigators will began searching through what was left of the house.
