Friendship Centre members meet Santa

Members of the Indian and Metis Friendship Centre in Prince Albert brought their families out to meet Santa Claus on Wednesday.

Gifts, which had been preregistered for, given just before kids met Santa were the icing on the cake at the annual Christmas celebration.

Children had a chance to play games, floor hockey, draw, and get their faces painted Wednesday evening.

The Centre also provided food and candy bags for the children, as more than 40 people gathered for the event.

Membership of the Centre costs only $2, and the event was open to all who had joined earlier in the year.
