A man charged with second-degree murder in connection to the September death of a Prince Albert man will remain in custody.
Trevor Cook, 41, made a brief appearance on Thursday morning at the Prince Albert Provincial Court. The scheduled bail hearing was postponed due to the fact Cook has a new lawyer. Greg Chovin will now be representing Cook.
Cory Brown, 43, was found dead Sept. 6th at a residence in the 1100 block of 14th Street West.
Brown’s family members were present in the courtroom for the hearing.
