PA Sharks Do Great In Recent Competition

The Prince Albert Sharks swim club has just returned from a competition this past weekend in Saskatoon.

Our swimmers did an incredible job. Not only did we achieve 73% personal best times, we also had Makalie Bates and Ryan MacAuley qualify for A provincials, along with others getting new AA provincial standards.

We also saw Kendall Horan qualify for Western Canadian championships. Simultaneously,  in the 50 Back she broke a 15 & over club record.  She also broke the 100 Back 15 and over Girls. 

Nachelle Spademan broke the Girls 15 & over 200 Back club record. 

We brought 19 swimmers to the competition and brought back five golds, and eight silvers.

“I am extremely happy with their performance this past weekend, this is really setting our season up well. With Western Canada games coming up this summer we have a chance to get some swimmers on team Sask,” commented Coach Roger Boucher.
