Coffee Mixer and Networking Lunch

We are going to change up the networking mixer just a bit this month.

The next COFFEE MIXER is September 24th starting at 7:30 AM at Dr. Java’s on 15th St. East. Les Dickson, one of our regular guests, suggested that we start the mixers with introductions all around, pass out cards and then we can go into a group discussions. One discussion group we had a few months back was focused on the slow economic growth evident in our region. This was definitely a hot topic. Possibly we can continue our discussion on this item or we can look at the many challenges of being a small business owner in Prince Albert, specifically regarding staffing issues, attracting and retaining clients etc. I am open to any topic, as long as it is beneficial to the small business owners that attend our mixer.I do hope to see you at Dr. Java’s tomorrow.

We are also going to have a NETWORKING LUNCHEON at Grainfields Family Restaurant, on October 1st, starting at 11:45 until 1:00 PM. Greg Breeze, Financial Advisor Affinity Insurance Services will be our guest speaker. Since this is our first kick at the cat in trying to develop a networking luncheon, we will not have any formal agenda for this session. All we ask is that you confirm your attendance at the luncheon mixer by Monday, September 29th so that we have a head count for the staff at Grainfields. In the meantime, if there are any hints or suggestions that you might forward onto me regarding the luncheon mixer that you feel will attract a larger crowd, feel free to let me know.
