A preliminary inquiry has been set for the man charged with a fatal hit-and-run and 15-hour standoff.
Leslie Samoleski was handed those charges back in April after he was allegedly involved in the hit-and-run death of a Prince Albert teenager and a 15-hour standoff at Steele Bay.
At Prince Albert Provincial Court on Wednesday, his lawyer elected for a trial in the Court of Queen's Bench by judge and jury.
As such, the provincial court judge ordered a preliminary inquiry.
