Collective agreement ratified at SecurTek

Another Saskatchewan labour dispute comes to an end as members of the Communications Energy and Paperworks Union of Canada have ratified a new collective agreement at SecurTek.
The deal includes a 5.5 per cent general wage increase over the first three years, an extra 0.5 per cent general wage increase in year threes and two per cent more in the fourth year.
There will be an increase of 0.25 per cent in contributions to the Public Employees Pension Plan in year three.
The new agreement will be a four-year term ending Dec. 22, 2013.
