Saskatchewan university students looking to make extra money can sign their friends up to donate with Canadian Blood Services.
Students who sign up 25 new donors are eligible for several bursaries worth $500 to $1000.
“Typically when you’re asking students to be recruiting in their communities, recruiting friends, a lot of them are first time donors which is a great way to really get them started in donating blood,” said Anne Lindemann, with the Canadian Blood Services.
Dennis Nowoselsky has signed up close to 30 people so far, but wants to reach 100.
