Heavy morning rains resulted in a flooded portion of 15th Street East, just past First Avenue East.
Despite the significant depth, drivers braved the pool and some did so with apparent glee.
The rain is expected to wrap up overnight, with a high of 23 and mainly sunny skies into the weekend.
