Saskatoon water restrictions could soon be lifted

The City of Saskatoon is close to lifting its mandatory water restriction regulation that has been in place for a while.
Reid Corbett with the City says the decrease in the river flow is helping the plant out with reducing the number of fines entering the plant.
“Our filters have recovered, considerably, from where they were at a week ago. So the run time on those filters are considerably better, the capacity on the filters is up…” explained Corbett.
Corbett said they just have one more thing to look at.
