Cracknell signs new contract
St. Louis Blues Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong has announced the club has re-signed forward Adam Cracknell.
Cracknell, 25, made his National Hockey League debut on Dec. 15 at Detroit and dressed in 24 games overall for the Blues in 2010-11 posting seven points (three goals, four assists) including his first career NHL goal on March 12 vs. Detroit.
The 6’1”, 216-pound forward also made 76 appearances with the Blues’ American Hockey League affiliate, Peoria Rivermen, recording 38 points including 17 goals and 21 assists.
Cracknell has played with five different pro teams in a five year career. The former Kootenay Ice forward has worked his way from the East Coast Holcey League to the NHL.
