New Recreation Director for Birch Hills

Hello, my name is Laurie Berube, the new Recreation Director for Birch Hills.

I have been meeting with the community and gathering information in regards to recreation desires.

The number one concern has been the need for a communications newsletter. There are many committees hosting activities and events and I want to help spread the word to give everyone an opportunity to participate.

I am offering anyone, business or organization that has an event coming up to email the office at ’birchhillsrec@sasktel.net’ with the information and I will post in the next newsletter issue.

Paper will soon be available on line at ‘www.birchhills.ca’.
