Road washout near Tisdale and La Ronge

Roads in Northern Saskatchewan are closing because of the increasing water.

Highway Hotline reports Highway 165 near La Range from Junction 2 to Junction 910 is closed due to a washout.

In the Tisdale area, Highway 120 near White Gull Creek is also closed because of a washout.

However, one road has reopened – Highway 123 to Cumberland House.

The Highway Hotline warns that areas along this stretch are extremely soft and slippery and only 4X4 trucks and light trucks are allowed to travel on the road.
