The Board of Directors made some financial decisions to support a number of partner ministries in Tablada de Lurin, Surco-Lima, and Puente Bolivar, Peru.

CHAKAM is supporting Jubilation Program in Prince Albert with a major fundraiser in Saskatoon to raise monies to build and operate a music school in Tablada de Lurin (for poor children), to develop a financial institution to provide microloans to enable individuals, particularly women, to start small businesses, and to continue with our social housing projects in the coastal communities of Peru. This massive fundraising program will take place in the Fall in the City of Saskatoon.
