Jun 14, 2011 | 8:45 AM

A group of postal workers in Prince Albert locked out by Canada Post have organized an informational picket.

They have been locked out of their jobs two days a week as negotiations between Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal workers continue.

According to the picketers their employer cannot lock them out of their work without written consent from the union or 30 days’ notice.

The postal workers are walking outside the main Canada Post branch in the city at the corner of Marquis and Central Avenue.
