Water moving from Craven Country Jamboree site
People living in the Lumsden Valley don't have to worry about the river level rising because of the Craven Country Jamboree.
Festival crews built berms around the site and have been pumping water off the flooded grounds for months.
But the work being done to prepare the site won't impact those living around it.
“The actual amount of volume they're pumping off the grounds is pretty insignificant compared to river levels, so it won't really have any impact at all,” said John Fahlman of the Saskatchewan Watershed Authority.
