What a great week for the Fitstars!!!! We came to P.A, what a beautiful night! Dana Lynn, or should I say “Sergeant Dana”, yes sir, er' Yes Mam!! She kicked your butts Military style! While “Corporal Ang, got down to the nitty grittty with the FitStar Food Boot Camp!
What and informational night in the kitchen! I hope we dispelled some of the mystery as to what to eat and what NOT to eat in Week 6!
Trainer Tip: Eat clean, when in doubt, stop think and wait!
Make sure you are pairing lean proteins ( 1% cottage cheeze, low fat milk, or lean cuts of meats, chicken or turkey) with veggies and complex carbs ( nothing white, complex includes whole grains and browns)!
