Bail granted in fatal hit and run case

Leslie Samoleski will soon be released from custody after being granted bail today.
The 43-year-old man is charged with the April fatal hit-and-run of Montana Netmaker, 14, and a subsequent 15 hour stand-off with police in Steele Bay.
He was released on $2,000 bail. As part of his release he must reside with his brother in Alberta and can’t enter the city limits of Prince Albert other than for attending court.
The reason for the judge’s decision cannot be released – the details of the case are under a publication ban.
